I'm hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction. I have one of the original EcoFlow Smart Generators (gas only, not the dual fuel) from the Kickstarter campaign. Unfortunately, it's failing and EcoFlow support is denying the extended warranty we were promised.

I rely on this generator to emergency charge my electric wheelchair through the Delta pro so getting it running again is a high priority for me especially on cloudy days.

The issue: The unit doesn't throw any error codes, but the moment any load is placed on the engine, it sputters and completely shuts down. I’ve attached a video showing exactly what it does when the load hits.

Has anyone experienced this with their Smart Generator? I'm wondering if it's a fuel delivery/carburetor issue or something electrical. I'd be incredibly grateful for any troubleshooting advice, tear-down guides, or fixes you might have! Thanks in advance.

wanted to provide everyone with an good update, thank you all for all the great supportive suggestions!! It turned out to be carbonator due to the high Ethanol in the gas. Spark plug replaced just in case. Thank you so much!!!
is there an option for wheelchair ramp, chair dock port for ADA users? Your truck meets the needs for my family's ranch and is around my price range. I have looked at other options but the cost is prohibitive. I have already asked this question and got a lot of wonderful replies from others who have the same or similar question. if this is an official channel for information on your truck than the effort must be made to answer potential buyers questions. if not let me know and I'll keep lookin for my next truck.
Do you have an option for wheelchair ramp / drive?
