Im the onboard cam, Im aware of the "the faster car has the responsibility to overtake neatly" rule, and i truly tried my best here, but the car in front was going 235 even after i let off the gas and i was still going 245, i feared if i braked at that time id lose my rear end and send myself into the barriers as i was already sucking in the dirty air from the guy in front and i had 0 grip to spare to go to the left in order to avoid him, plus being on controller was also a fear

furthermore, i lifted off the pedal and went from 250 to 235, he lifted off the gas as well when i was trying to avoid him by being on the right side off track

im still relatively new, 50 races in, id love to hear what can i do to improve

How efficient is the Punjab consumer court

Got scammed for a decent amount of money, I wanna know if it's worth it, I don't mind any fees or going for hearings etc over time, I won't be taking a lawyer as those costs alone will end up being way over the amount im trying to recover (25k)
