I am considering joining Les Mills app. I have a good set of hand weights up to 30 pounds. I don’t want to purchase new equipment. Will the hand weights work instead of bar?

I have been on compound semaglutide for 6 months and have only lost 6 pounds. I have been feeling blah and sort of dreading shot day. I was thinking of taking a week off to see how I feel. Anyone else try this or experience something similar
