I (29f) have had flashes and little speckles in my visions for years! Little tiny dots like static and after images from bright lights or high contrast.I have tinnitus as well which I heard sometimes can go hand in hand but not sure. I always thought it was normal until recently when I was talking to my husband about it and doesn't experience it.

I get migraines every once in a while. Usually from eye strain or sinuses. Today I was talking to someone in front of a big bright window and was straining to see them. Then I noticed I started to see zigzags on my left side and when I closed my eyes. I freaked out and panicked it's not typical for me. I did have it once when I was pregnant over a decade ago. No headaches or anything afterwards.It went away once I covered my eyes for a few mins (about 10-15mins). Really freaked me out
I started Slynd in January. Originally it was to see if we could control my bleeding while I waited to get my Uterine Polyp removed. Fast forward to March I had my surgery and still was taking Slynd. After recovery I haven't had a period! Which is great it's been about 3 months and I'm starting to have mild cramps and very faint spotting. Mostly mixed with discharge. Is this common? For reference I don't take the sugar pills either.
