Quit

I’m a college hire but promoted internally, it’s been 3 weeks and I can’t do this. There isn’t a manager to train me they have a PA who gets mad or bothered that I’m asking questions. He was also just placed there from a different department.
I want to know if I quit , can I just not put my 2 weeks because I am over it. They tell me they haven’t been in my department much to help me learn it.

I got an interview !!!

I recently received an interview invitation for the Amazon Area Manager 2026 – Northern California (Recent and Upcoming Graduates) position.

For anyone who has gone through this interview process, what should I expect? What types of questions were you asked, and how much of the interview focused on Amazon's Leadership Principles versus operational or situational questions?

I've heard the interview is behavioral-based and uses the STAR method, but I'd appreciate any advice on how to prepare, common questions, things you wish you had known beforehand, or any tips that helped you succeed.
