*SSC Result Update (Federal Board of Intermediate And Secondary Higher Education - FBISE)*

As I informed you in yesterday's video I have already shared the most authentic and confirmed update regarding the FBISE SSC Result. According to the latest information, *the SSC Result/Official Notification is expected to be released by Tuesday, In Sha Allah*. The main reason for the delay is that the Overseas SSC examinations started later than the local exams which also delayed the paper checking and result compilation process. After the checking was completed, several official meetings were held involving the Controller of Examinations, Secretary, Chairman, and other concerned Federal Board officials to review the final result. During these meetings, all required formalities were completed, including verification of the result, preparation of the final gazette, and other administrative procedures. The result is fully prepared, and the gazette has already been finalized. The only remaining step is the official signing and approval of the notification, along with a final ceremonial announcement before publication. Another reason for the short delay was that the *Federal Minister remained occupied with important government responsibilities related to the recent election process, which affected the scheduling of the final approval. However the Federal Board does not want to delay the SSC result unnecessarily, and all indications suggest that it will be announced by Tuesday, In Sha Allah* rather than being pushed into August. Based on the available information this year's result is expected to be better than previous years and many students are likely to be satisfied with their performance. Students are advised not to panic or become anxious. Stay positive and keep faith. If any student is planning to appear in the 2nd Annual Examination it is recommended to start preparation from now instead of waiting for the result.

I'm a teenager and I've been dealing with something that's been really bothering me lately. For the past 1-2 weeks, I've noticed that after I pee, it feels like a few small drops of urine leak out afterward. It can happen when I'm walking, lying down, or even just doing normal everyday things. It's honestly getting pretty frustrating and embarrassing.

I first noticed it around the time I started doing ab workouts. After just a couple of workouts, this started happening regularly. I'm not sure if the workouts are related or if it's just a coincidence, but the timing makes me wonder. im not sure but maybe i didn't breath properly during the workout and my abdomen was alot tense smh.

I've never had this kind of problem before. I did have some urinary issues when I was younger, but nothing like this. I've been searching online, and some people say pelvic floor exercises can help, while others only suggest temporary ways to stop the leaking. I'm not really sure what the best thing to do is.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? If you've dealt with it before or have any advice, especially about pelvic floor exercises or other things that actually helped, I'd really appreciate it.

Because of the recent regional conflict in the Middle East, our exams were delayed and ended much later than expected.
