(Context-I’m not musically inclined at all, but I am an engineer.)

My fiancée’s dad put us in a pickle. He got her a used baby grand piano but he put it in his trailer Monday. It’s been hot and humid as h*ll and my fiancée is extremely worried it’s ruined. Of course our best move would be to try to rescue it asap and get it inside but logistically it would be very difficult. Is it worth trying or is it ruined? We’ve been in the mid 90’s all week. And the relative humidity has been in the 90s as well.

Today my lawyer and I reviewed the plea agreement for my second dui. Last one was 4.5 years ago. Last time I blew .087 this time .09. Which means there was a felony (count 2 will be dismissed)

Here’s the terms:

1. plead guilty to count I, operating a vechole while intoxicated-reduced to a class a misdemeanor
   2 ) count 2 will be dismissed
2. 365 days in jail. 355 suspended, serve 10 (5days actual)
3. 365 days reporting probation
4. complete the county’s drug and alcohol program
5. 1 year license suspension with specialized driving privileges
6. 200 counter measure fee
7. $1.00 fine plus court costs

Does that seem reasonable? He didn’t even watch the police tape and I told him I felt he explained the tests two different ways and another cop on scene contradicted his report. He said I wasn’t slurring.

If he’s not even watching the tape what is he doing?

So many of us have a problem occur to their equipment, that we have to pay someone else to install. And the. They get to have crappy equipment and installs and it’s somehow our fault? They’re due for some ramifications
