3.5 month bulk progress update

3.5 month bulk progress update

Hi! This is my 3.5 month progress so far. Nothing has changed in terms of intensity, diet, and workouts since my last post here. I do however think I'm gaining weight too fast although it might be the creatine I started back then..but I'm up to 138 lbs compared to 125 lbs in the beginning. I've decided to trim my calories from 2.3k to 2.2k from onwards. I'm super excited about my progress so far :)

I do legs 2-3 times a week

I progress incrementally in weights every two or three weeks because I focus more on reps to build good form before jumping higher in weights.

2 month bulk progress

I challenged myself to do a proper bulk (2.1k-2.3k cals) and get my protein up (did 100g the first month then upped it to 110g the 2nd month) consistently for 2 months while progressively overloading. It's hard work but the progress speaks for itself. 🫨 Gotta keep at it!! 125 lbs - 132lbs I also started taking creatine at the beginning of the bulk.

Has anyone tried CRZ yoga secretsculpt MINOR leggings?

Is it squat proof? I'm on the hunt for second skin feel leggings with no front seam with V shape on the back. These leggings say they are designed for yoga and casual and I want to use it for weight lifting instead. I saw the butterlift secretsculpt ones but they look a little thick and I don't want too much compression.

I currently wear the OFFLINE aerie real me crossover leggings & I really like the feel and stretch of it but i don't like the front seam and the back could use more of a glute enhancement. I don't like exaggerated butt scrunches. If you know any please shareeee

for those who have bulked

have you ever taken a break from the calories by eating at maintenance for a while? like pausing the bulk then resume after a month or something like that? did it benefit u in any way and did you notice any changes to your progress?
