I’m in Edmonton for a week and I watched a YouTube video of a guy fishing a lake called fight club lake or monkey lip lake? I hear it’s kinda secret. Would someone dm the name of this lake so I could try it once or nah?
When you guys fish with big line thru savage gear stuff where in the mouth does your hook typically hook the fish? Because I’m noticing an awful lot of hooks getting very close to the gills with these lures.
Hello, I just bought a Savage gear line thru perch (3.5oz) and I went fishing for pike with it, usually I debarb all of my hooks but this time I forgot since it was brand new and it is a treble. I also bought a brand new 40lb single strand leader from huskie Muskie and I hooked a pike and he proceeded to snap my brand new leader in half and took my lure with him. I’m feeling pretty bad about it. My question is if he has a good chance of surviving or not?
