Should I recommend a potential tenant for a neighbouring unit?
Hi everyone,
Not sure if I’m overthinking this (I probably am) but I need some guidance.
Our neighbouring unit has gone up for rent (under same landlord) and we have some good friends who are interested in it. Would messaging my landlord and giving a recommendation for them help the process, or is this something pushy of a tenant to do that would hinder the process?
I apologize if this is a stupid question, just need help rationalizing!
