Was bored and decided to screenshot an after battle instead of doing my homework

My computer got infected with trojan and hacked every single app that linked with the email I added in my computer. Thankfully I got them recovered except for my roblox account. I only got recovered my alt and I think I didnt verify the email in that account because of me being so careless. I dont remember the password and it probably got changed anyway. I contacted the roblox support but theyre being useless. Is there any way to recover it?
