To all the more longer term pvc people here, what’s your best advice

Hey everyone, I know that we all struggle with PVCs of course they are such a terrible thing to have an experience. Just wanted to ask all the people who have been having this for a longer term and still experiencing them but learnt to not have them affect their quality of life whatsoever (if that’s a thing).

what would be the best objective advice you have everyone in this group of course I understand. Everyone has their own questions for their unique individual situation, but I’m talking just overall what can you say and if you can talk on having them on the exercise having them just randomly sporadically throughout the day and being very symptomatic to them (also a weird one here but if anyone can trigger PVCs with deep breaths would be interested to hear from you, I can literally almost trigger mine on command with deeper breaths especially whilst walking or moving around)

If you can, please talk on how long that you’ve had them for and also just kind of touching on him how you experience with them has changed overtime and your own personal growth story with them if you do things which you never would’ve been able to do previously in your earlier days upon having them how you got to that stage where you’re at what you did to overcome all the fees and thoughts and stuff you had what things managed to help you specifically if you’ve ever had any scares from them and what you’ve learned to accept and how you manage to come to that point where you’re at now. Things like that

Just feel like having this post if you people don’t mind leaving your personalized advice down below could be very very helpful so a lot of people who are suffering to have this be like a reference point I guess with very useful information kind of all batched up in here to find relief and see that it is possible to live and get over them

Thank you in advance if you do manage to find time to help us all out thank you very much

Asking for advice to overcoming feeling lost and empty

23 years old, male, just feel like I been feeling very lost and just uncertain with that to do with myself at this stage.

Came out of a 5 year long relationship just over a year ago which hit really hard and I definitely am wayy better but can’t say fully overcome it entirely just yet. Am uncertain if I wanna stay in my career I am an automotive spray painter always been in 2 minds about it but I finished the trade qualification off and am making really good money so just trying to capitalize on that but just full of miserable people in this industry , everyone wants to fight and has egos all the time etc.. makes me think how am I gonna stay in this long term an I don’t want to get stuck

I do definitely have really bad anxiety with literally everything, in those things I mentioned alone \^ I can list 1000+ worries there already such as: how am I gonna even find my next partner when I don’t have a social circle anymore my friends have all kinda drifted into own groups and don’t wanna make time to hang out any more, cold approaching, and dating apps are just full of attention seekers and it’s just not in a man’s favor to win I feel like and goes on and on there, and on the Care side of things, it’s like how am I even meant to stay in an industry when it’s full of idiot everywhere in it with the biggest egos and if I wanted to change careers or what if thoughts of if I have dickhead people in my classes and that unknown reason there’s tension between people which and I know a lot of of these things I have worries about are stupid and not relevant at all, but I guess it’s just how my brain is wired

I just feel like I don’t know what my purpose is anymore. I used to love going to the gym, but I’m just not locked in with it at the moment and I started getting a topic heartbeats. Not sure if anyone is familiar with that but it’s just something that my heart does now like arrhythmia beats Which has taken over and kind of kicked me out of training in the gym which I’m trying to really overcome that, but yeah, my exercise isn’t on track at the moment. I’m not sure what I wanna do with career wise. Have all these thoughts when it comes to the dating scene which I’m in I don’t really have a large social circle of friends to go out with any more and I just feel very lost and empty and not sure what it is. I want to do for myself what I’m even interested in anymore. Feel like everything is just come Plumbing. I feel like I wouldn’t say I’m entirely depressed, but I definitely don’t feel as happy as I used to be many years ago and I feel like it’s just declining and I’m not sure what it is. I need to do to get on track?

If anyone has any advice for me, how you can kind of overcome this empty feeling of just like being in a dark hole not really sure what it is. I need to do to get my life back on track or you know I just want to get my happiness back And feel excited again like I used to, but I don’t know where to start

What happens when you have PVCs with ABnormal heart structure

Hey everyone, really think this can be a helpful question to alot of people here. So I like everyone else here im sure are of course very scared and uncomfortable when getting these pvcs even whilst being told they’re generally benign under the circumstances you have a structurally normal heart. But my biggest fear and spiral my brain goes in by far is the thought of “what if I get abnormal heart structure sometime in life” whether it be just from aging and changes happening whatever the case may be like what does that now mean, are the pvcs now deadly and life threatening? Are they gonna cause ventricular tachycardia or cardiac arrest? Is exercising dangerous now.

The PVCs are so so hard to accept that they’re benign when it’s literally the heart”playing up and just would really appreciate help of anyone if you’re here that does have abnormal heart structure with the PVCs or any information about what this now means for you if you get abnormal structure or underlying issue with heart in future while still having the ectopics are you just doomed now to drop at some stage or is there hope and ways to live with even this too and if there anyone out there that has these in this context and learned to live with them and not care about what ifs non stop as well please share, would really appreciate anyone giving there input here. Thank you

PVCs and alcohol

Really stressing here and after help. I been getting a few PVCs today big ones firing off. It’s my friends birthdays and I just wanted to have a few drinks tonight. Only had 1 beer and it’s causing multiple PVCs already but I don’t know if it’s from that or the stress and anxiety I’ve had all day already. Just wanted to know if you been cleared and everything with normal heart structure can you still drink alcohol and if it causes more or multiple PVCs is it any more deadly from drinking alcohol or feeling more like they’re so so scary im freaking out but I can’t say anything ti everyone here and I genuinely want to just drink alcohol not have a shit night not drink cause of it. I’m 23 years old and not that I need it I genuinely just want a good memory.

Just want to know do some of you drink still even though you get PVCs and feel them and just sont care at all or think anything worse will come from it?

How much money is realistic to save when living on your own

For context im 23 years old, living at home with parents where I don’t pay rent or anything other then my car loan and subscriptions so I can save a huge amount of my income, I want to move out next year will have $20k saved up but I know moving out is super expensive with rent, bills, groceries etc.. I just want to know for anyone who is living on their own and doing pretty good still able to cover all thei expenses as well as buying things you genuinely want time to time, travel etc.. just living comfortably how much are you able to spend and what your advice is because I think I should be saving alot still and won’t be doing too good if I only can save $150-$300 a week after covering expenses and can’t see how you can live like this

Please help with pvcs while training at the gym

Hey everyone just would really like to hear from any of you who get pvc during exercise which I know are alot of posts in this already but more specifically weight training in the gym.

I’m trying to get back in the gym as I get pvcs and they’ve taken over to the point where they stopped me from training pretty much, I tried going last night and as I was re racking barbel got a big one and mid way while lifting on a different exercise copped a few too and it just made me leave after only 20 minutes of so. for context I been training for about 7 years or so and I was going very consistently never had ectopic beats at all.. but since getting my pvcs last year it’s made me start taking time off training. I get them throughout the session whilst lifting weights or even whilst resting between sets.

I hear everywhere that they’re meant to go away on exercise and if they don’t then it’s a dangerous sign which scares me to an extreme not exaggerating. I’ve been cleared by my specialist didn’t have any on the stress test but I don’t feel reassured cause I was only on it for literally few minutes I had full blown panic attack and had to come off so that didn’t make me feel better tbh. just knowing they come on exercise and they shouldn’t gets me

If anyone has any words that may help, your own experience if you feel the same, if you’ve overcame it still workout no dramas don’t think about something happening from them whilst exercising or having the exercise induced ones triggering something worser and if so how you got to that level. for me it’s the fear that I am getting them while training and what if they trigger something worse or cause my heart needs more demands and im getting inefficient beats (pvcs) it’s gonna cause something bsd to happen and simply how they shouldn’t be coming. Anyone who has help or positive stories they can add to this please would be super appreciated and very helpful to a lot more people other than just me im sure too. Just wanna know if it’s safe to actually train lift weights everything whilst getting them even in that context. Thank you in advance to whoever has the time to reply 🙏🙏🙏

Help from people that have overcome the fear and anxiety and accepted them

Hey everyone, just would love to hear from any of you who were able to overcome the pvcs to the extent where you no longer are fixated on them every econd of the day and you're at full acceptance that his is what your heart just does now. I can't manage to accept and ignore them just yet but l'm determined to not let these keep ruining my life as they have been.

The insane amount of fear they cause me about a few specific thoughts like: what if they turn into vt, what if one day i get sudden cardiac arrest from them or if they turn into dangerous rhythms, i only get isolated pvcs but im terrified of bigeminy or nsvt or svt like all these things make me feel like constantly i am at risk, what if my burden rises in life later down the track. I get them sometimes on exercise also and seeing how that has higher mortality rates if you get pvcs on exercise makes me so scared to work out as well.

Just have so many different things that cross my mind with these and I can’t see a way out or how I should be looking at these PVCs and I only see scary stories out there, but never hearing people living with these not caring anymore

So my question is, if anyone has learnt to just ignore them and these don’t interfere with their life anymore at all please share your story on that and how you got there, your mindset on them and how you view it all and what your best advice is possible and just share any information that can be reassuring to everyone struggling I would be so appreciative if you can reply to this and give insight to show us it can be achieved and we can listen to the doctors and specialist that say ignore them. And how if anyone has animal heart structure with them too views the pvcs that has overcome them. Thank you in advance to whoever may reply to this

Anxiety and pvcs

The pvcs are so so scary and I don’t think I can see myself honestly accepting them. 23 years old been having them over a year already and very symptomatic feel every one of them, been tested and said im all good to just ignore them, I get them when I exercise too both weight lifting and cardio, the anxiety is causes and all the what ifs is unreal of so many things. What if the heart structure changes and now these are deadly, what if I get sudden cardiac arrest or vt that’s the scariest one. Have anyone genuinely been able to live life no limitations at all whilst having these and had no further problems occur from doing so, and don’t think about them any more? Please share your thoughts would be highly highly appreciated
