Writing this again because my grammar and the last one was awful so I deleted it LOL

Basically what happened was I bought both CDs and a poster and suddenly I woke up to message that my whole order got refunded.

I messaged them what's going on? Why did that happen? And apparently what happened was this

I wrote an email because I didn't get any confirmation email of the order(before this all happened) and they cancelled my order instead for no reason and when I tried to text them saying it wasn't a mistake, they said they can't do anything about it

I texted with like five different people because it kept giving me different people which was weird but whatever and one of them was pretty rude the second one didn't do anything he just sent me information of the package that doesn't exist now rest of them were very kind, but sadlly they can't do anything about it

I'm still very sad and a little mad about it,but whatever I can't do anything about it now;(

I just wanted to ask if anyone has some tips and also this is a WARNING if u masage them be cearfull bc asking about an email not coming throw is apparently a "refund".

Sorry if i seem a bit rude im just really sad and mad about it it was supposed to be for my b-day thas in October...

I found one on e-bay but they do not ship to Czech Republic sadly..
