Has anyone experienced this; trying to speak to a human and the automated agent says it’s outside their hours? I thought human support was 24/7?

Hi, we are going to Nassau next week and the winds are going to be from 18-22 MPH. Is that strong enough for them to cancel a boat ride / snorkel trip? Thank you!

Just when you think you’ve learned it all, then you really learn which places to avoid. It’s humbling, losing all that money and time in traffic. The silver lining though is being able to perfect your route and knowing which places are good/bad.

I’ll probably get downvoted for this but that’s ok. I left my corporate office for this and I’ve never been happier. Even if it’s for a few years, I’m OK with that. I practiced and tested the waters for over a year to learn my market and I couldn’t be happier. Am I maybe earning slightly less? Yes (although who knows, maybe I’ll grind out 80 hours one week for fun). Is my mental health, core happiness, and soul back? Yes! I actually enjoy the social aspect of talking to customers and seeing all the people in traffic. To me, it beats screen staring, office politics, and straight up pretending. No more bullying.
No more passive aggressive behavior. No more being put down for asking questions and trying to learn. Now, while I make a little less, I can still save some, and enjoy this adventure, for even at least a few years, knowing just for today, I’ll be happier, and that’s what life is all about.

I’m honestly blown away by these reviews and pictures and it almost makes it hard to believe. Just how much better are they now? Is it worth getting a few for the family?
