I hope we get attachment variants, it would be nice to have more fine-tuning for different playstyles.

I like the idea of 'powered' mags that the Knightsbridge and Desert Eagles have, and more guns should have them - they would likely serve as actual alternatives to drums on Commando weapons where small mags are complete garbage.

But I think some variation in them would be nice too. Doesn't even need a new model.

Understanding Toxic / Panic Power - Good on Knightsbridge?

I feel like it's very unclear how these effects work, but after playing with them a good bit on Commando I have concocted something of an understanding.

I used to have additional 'stumblesome' perks but those are pretty useless with my ammo as they almost always get electrocuted before staggering, so I decided to add toxicity - I figured it couldn't hurt to add an additional damage type.

I assume that the 15pts is per round so a bullet hose like the KB is where it'd best serve, and I do notice enemies getting this gross 'infected' effect pretty quickly. I've seen it kill off a few big guys in scenarios where I couldn't finish them off myself.

Is it JUST a DoT, or is toxic weakening them in some other way? Is it worth having more than 1, or is it considered fully 'applied' once I see the visual effects after ~8 shots?

If one effect is enough to trigger it, should I replace one with Panic Power too?

Commando's gear feels kind of shitty?

https://preview.redd.it/7bshtlfnjwih1.png?width=2348&format=png&auto=webp&s=51eddd001fb11fec041a32e15afc0235375b7204

I've maxed Commando and played a decent bit of Engineer/Sharpshooter/Gunslinger and I have to say, Commando feels like crap by comparison.

  • The guns just don't feel nearly as powerful, especially for a class that is (at least according to these bars) deal MORE damage than engineer - it doesn't even feel close.
  • The starting budget is weak/starter guns cost too much. My Commando at lvl30 is competing with my lvl13 Engineer for how geared the starting guns can be. The P330 Bloodhound does NOT deserve to cost 900pts, that 10rnd mag STINKS.

It all just feels...Underwhelming. I got this game recently, so I don't know if this is public opinion or not but it's been my experience pretty consistently. If I'm doing something wrong / anyone has any tips I'd be glad to hear them.

My starting gear is:

  • Wraith: Polymer Tip Ammo, Ginger Snap Muzzle, Extended Mag, Heavy Frame Receiver
  • P330: Polymer Tip Ammo

Trying this game for the free weekend, and when I join my girlfriend we connect to EAST ASIA SOUTH from Canada. WTF is this?

Why can I not add a rear sight to a gun that is lacking a rear sight?

Haven't played VT2 in years - is this a bug? Opened a box and got a Red staff with only 200 power...

A lot of these loot changes are insane. Really, the stab vest can only be found in tier 3/4?

And what's the point of restricting bolt actions to 3/4 only? if i'm that far west i'll just go to a mil zone and get a far better gun.

With some modding talent, bunkers become the most terrifying experience in the entire game.

[Feedback] They forgot to change the weight on the RPD's aftermarket stock setup, and it weighs the exact same as the default which actually has a stock.
