I'm planning on getting a first gen s60r within the next year or so. I'd like to prepare myself well in advance as I don't know the most about cars. The car will probably be in the 100,000-160,000km range(60,00-100,000 miles) and an automatic. What are the things I should look out for and do to the car after purchasing? Assuming all was well during the pre-purchase inspection.
For some context I have been diagnosed with "Persistent Treatment Resistant Depression" "Generalized Anxiety Disorder" and heavy borderline and avoidant traits. I have not been diagnosed with BPD and am trying to get clarification on my diagnosis. I was told I meet all of the criteria but my psychiatrist would have to work with me more to get a better understanding which makes sense. I personally feel as if I fit the mold but until I am diagnosed I will assume it's something I don't have. I've been on bupropion for a bit and feel as if it's helping my depression+anxiety but my intense emotions and other BPD traits haven't improved. I wouldn't really expect medication to help which is why I made this post. I'm hoping I can get your opinions on DBT. I know it's something that varies person to person and I don't know if it will work until I try it, but your personal accounts would be appreciated. Any other tips for controlling "traits" would be great. Thanks in advance :)
For some context I am a beginner investor focusing on safe and reliable ETF's(QQQ, VFV). My portfolio is doing well and I am interested in being more active with my investments. For example if I am to sell my VFV ETF at a 1% profit on 3k and I buy it again when it dips 1%. How often can I do that without being flagged for trading? I know there is no exact number of trades or profit but any experience or thoughts would be great :)
