Grounding shoes vs regular barefoot shoes?

Grounding shoes are something I've been seeing a lot of ads for lately. I already wear barefoot shoes for the wide toe box and flat sole, but I'm not sure if the copper plugs or conductive stitching actually make a difference.

Some people swear by them for better sleep and less inflammation, while others say it's just marketing. I spend a lot of time walking in parks and on trails, so if there's an actual benefit, I might be interested.

Has anyone tried grounding shoes and noticed a real change in how they feel? Or should I just stick to my regular minimalist shoes and walk barefoot in the grass when I can?

Barefoot Grounding Shoes in the USA?

I’m looking for true barefoot shoes with conductive soles for grounding/earthing, preferably available in the USA with fast shipping.

Most results I find are either sandals, non-barefoot grounding shoes, or overseas products.

Any recommendations?

What $380 a month in subscriptions looked like when I finally added it all up

I want to be clear that I thought I had maybe $60 or $70 a month in subscriptions before I actually checked.

Streaming: four services I was paying for, two of which I had not opened in months.

Software: three apps including one I had no memory of signing up for.

Fitness: a membership to a gym I had not been to since the previous spring.

Food: a meal planning service I had paused twice and forgotten to cancel.

News: two digital subscriptions, one of which I could access free through my library.

Misc: four other small charges I had to google to even identify.

$380 a month. $4,560 a year. Gone.

Every dollar of that is now going to debt. Go through your actual statements. Not your memory of your statements. The actual statements.
