Marvel handed out advance copies of midnight Spidey #2 during the midnight panel today at NYCC! So happy I managed to get in, standing room only. Props to the team over there, super unexpected.
Finally decided to pull the trigger on this as an early birthday present to myself 😬. Been eyeing it for a long time, watching eBay for raw and graded. Saw a few of these at a show yesterday at different grades, 8s - 9.4. 250-$400s. Took one last look around and saw this in the corner of someone’s booth. Was able to get seller down to $550 which seems fair based on what I saw on eBay w/o shipping and tax, I think I got a fair deal. Super happy to add this to my PC. Showed my wife when I got home haha, as you can imagine she could care less “oh that’s nice”. Prob best she’s not into this hobby cause I’d be super broke if she was.
Got this back the other day, it took soooo long but really happy with it. Unfortunately the issue release date is wrong. It shows 2/26 but this came out 12/25. It seems like every other #15 I could find has the wrong date on the label too. I emailed CGC and they told me I can send it back for a new label but I’m afraid it may get damaged when they’re taking it out.
Has anyone sent stuff in to get corrected… is it a safe process? Is the book in a sleeve inside the case or just in there bare? Also, what do they use to add notes? I was expecting this to say first appearance of absolute joker or something like that similar to what league of comic geeks app says. Thanks!

Got my slabs from the Snyder Whatnot. A little bummed it didn’t say from his private collection, I could’ve sworn they said it would say that. Instead it says his comp copy but either way pretty damn sweet. I also only paid for 1 logo label but got two which is cool.
Anyone else get theirs back?
