should i get a macbook pro or an air
this mac Apple - MacBook Pro 13.3" Certified Refurbished - M1 chip with 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD (2021 Model) - Space Gray with less ram then the air. or the m1 macbook air 2020 with 16gbs of ram and 512gb ssd? the macbook pro is 520$ and the 600$. i want to run some mild software and occasionally edit videos

my mac book pro 2017 just died and im looking for a new mac or pc under 500 dollars.
i have been looking at the Apple MacBook Pro Late 2019 with 2.6GHz Intel Core i7 (16 inch, 16GB RAM, 512GB) Space Gray. is this mac book still worth a buy or is there a better one for my budget. is my budget better for pcs?
