It's another sleepless night for me, even though i've been quite physical active today and while i'm laying in my bed i do wonder why i have so much trouble with sleep.

Ever since i've been a kid i never felt like i needed much sleep, as a teen i could pull off 2-3 days of all nighters without suffering too many negative effects, and despite my little sleep i function normally to this day, i'm still able to perform well on my job and do what i need to do.

I do end up crashing some time when i run into my streak of sleeplessness. But it never ends up being more than 4-6 hours before i naturally wake up again.

Does anyone have the same experience? I'm obviously very concerned about my lack of sleep. But then again, i rarely feel exhausted or sleepy, so i haven't felt the need to do something about it.

It does bother my girlfriend as i rarely stay in the bed for more than 3-4 hours a night nornally.
