Nyc casino: Resorts world, Hard Rock and Bally. Who will go belly up and who will get more customers?

NYC's casinos🎰: Resorts World (RW), Hard Rock (HR) and Bally (bronx). Presently RW is the only one that is opening and with slots and table games. And they are having a "Golden 🌟Age", til the year of 2030. By 2030, HR and Bronx will be open. But with all 3 of them, I think Bronx will go belly up early. Here're the reasons. 1. Location, they don't have any subway or railroad around them. Only depend on buses, cars 🚗and ferries🛥. Plus who wants to pay the bridge toll.🙃 2. Competition, not just RW and HR, it's Yonkers empire casino is near and will be hard to gain customers from the north. Now the question is this, who will win more customers? i believe Hard Rock, in flushing, will have it. One reason is location. They have excellent transportation such as people from Manhattan, it's only 2 stops to the HR with LIRR. And also have the 7th train subway. Even if Bally gives lower minimum on table games, they are in a losing game because operating cost in nyc is sky high. What's your thoughts?

Player is like counting card and winning big but then..

I'm a new dealer. This guy came to my table. Table minimum was $100 but he was betting like $500 and more. He was winning a lot. Especially one time he played 3 hands with each $700. I had too many and he was so happy. Then all of sudden, there was a couple came and they would do some crazy things like hit on 16 or 17. Gradually, the counting guy lost a lot of $$.
