In need of some referrals as fresher.
I'm currently working in a inside sales profile in an MNC and it's been only 2 months but I think I've realised that this role isn't for me. My performance is not as expected in this role. Soon, I might be put in PIP and maybe even laid off.
Also, it was never my preferred roles tbh but because of an existing career gap of around 2 years, I had to pick this role.
Looking to change fields at this point. Open to roles in HR, Operations, Backend marketing, Digital Marketing, Research, etc. Anything but sales.
Help one of your fella here please. Will be grateful 🙏
