Hi everyone 👋🏽 I am hoping someone can help me! I am trying to log into srv canada vrs but every time I try it says "network connection failed" 😅 I know my wifi is working and I have done the things to reboot my wifi and phone. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it numerous times. When my husband calls the 1-800 number they say they are not available and to leave a message but they are supposed to be open. Is anyone else having trouble getting the app to work? Or does anyone know if the app is down at the moment? Please help if you can😭😭🫶🏽🥺

Hey there i am wondering how long people have had a pair of hearing aids before getting a new pair or until they broke. I had Kirkland signatures for 2 years and they cane with many problems and replaced then twice before deciding i needed something new. Thankfully I was able to get help from my step-dad and was gifted Phonak Audeo Lumity l90 in 2024 and they have been great and have had zero issues! Since getting the Phonaks ive had my hearing decline very rapidly and just recently ive lost all hearing in my left ear and my right has gone from moderate to severe. Ive been lucky enough to have my HAs reprogrammed to work better with my current hearing loss but I am concerned that they are getting old. I cant afford hearing aids at the moment due to many factors so I am wondering if anyone can tell me what is considered "old" for HAs and if anyone has experience with Phonak and life expectancy.

Ps- I do still have a old pair of Kirkland signatures and I know they turn on so if something were to happen (knock on wood) I can possibly use those if I can get them reprogrammed and molds done.
