How often are you guys experiencing teachers leaving before your start time and then their class being unattended ? For example, during their passing time, plan period, or lunch, when you are coming in partway through the day. I am arriving and finding classrooms with no teacher, sometimes with students locked out, waiting in the cafeteria, on the playground, or hanging out in the room unsupervised.
If I have a clock in time of 12:00 I can't always be picking up a class from anywhere until 12:10ish, let alone at 11:55.
