Maybe I missed something, but isnt Monica trapped in the X-men universe with Beast and the other X-men. If this is the case and we've seen beast then where's Monica and how come she isnt confirmed for Doomsday if she's supposed to be there?
I was let go from my job 10/25.
Obtained an attorney and represented 11/25.
EEOC complaint filed 2/18.
I've asked my attorney multiple times for any kind of update/info on whats next, but dead silence.
Can anyone fill me in on what things looked like for you once you received a RTS letter from the EEOC.
If you had/have council did the employer who terminated you ever respond to the EEOC complaint filed?
If you feel comfortable what'd you settle for? Attorney fees? Satisfied with the outcome?

My attorney hasn't been the best at communicating with me my options or a timeline on my case, so im hoping someone can give me some more clarity.
I was termed in October and my attorney immediately took my case. It was the last day and literally the last hour before my complaint could be filed that the complaint was submitted even though it could have been done much sooner.
The EEOC receives the complaint on 2/16 and states mediation is eligible.
Why is my attorney just telling me to sit and wait until August? Why can't we attend mediation? I'd rather this be over instead of silence, but have no idea where to go since my attorney barely responds.
