Order not cancelled after a week of not being shipped- what’s going on?

I’ll try to keep story time as short as I can.

A customer bought an item over a week ago. The order triggered a $500 limit that required me to input my SSN. The verification process was bugged for roughly two days, and even after figuring out a work around, my payouts are still locked. I have $104 from a previous sale that is no where to be found; PP and bank account are both linked. As per usual, facebook support was of no help. I tried reaching out to the buyer to explain the situation and was met with hostility about being bothersome and not shipping the item.

The verification issue didn’t arise until I generated the shipping label. I figured I’d wait it out to see if Facebook would cancel the order- they’ve been useless in that department too. I’m hesitant to refund the buyer because I am afraid that Meta will somehow deduct the fees from my bank (even though they can’t deposit my money, I wouldn’t put it past them to take it).

As for my question, how long does it generally take for the system to cancel an unshipped order? I was given a notification that it would happen after 7 days, but there is still no change. Are sellers charged the fees if they manually refund the buyer?

*As per the sub’s rules, this post isn’t a plea for support. I’m looking for input from those who are more informed on Marketplace policy than I am*

Facebook Marketplace payout stuck after correcting DOB — should I ship another order?

I’ve had my Facebook account for about 4 years. When I originally made it, I put my birthday as 2000 instead of my actual birth year (2006) so I could use Marketplace when I was 16–18. I recently corrected my birthday to my actual DOB.

I’m now actively selling on Marketplace, and I’m having an issue with my first payout. I currently have $104 waiting to be paid out, and when I click the button to update/verify my information, it takes me to a completely blank screen that never loads. This has been happening for 6 days now. I understand that I violated facebook’s policy, and I think that this discrepancy, even though fixed, may have caused a bug.

I dislike this app with a passion. This could be resolved in 5 minutes if I could call a support agent, but they don’t exist!

The problem is that I just made another sale for $413, and I’m hesitant to ship it if there’s a possibility that Meta is going to hold all of my payouts until this verification issue is resolved.

Has anyone experienced this after correcting their birthday? Were you eventually able to get your payouts released, and should I go ahead and ship the $413 order or wait until the payout issue is fixed? My business is starting to take off, and I really don’t want to cancel the customer’s order, but I also don’t want to have another $413 tied up indefinitely. This is a unique situation, so I appreciate the advice.

so I’m in a bit of a weird situation and wanted to get some outside opinions.

one of my professors had the Moodle gradebook set up incorrectly for most of the semester. early on, everyone’s grades looked way off (showing 50s–60s), but later they all jumped up, so I assumed it had been fixed.

right now the gradebook has me at about a 98. but after looking into it more closely, I realized one assignment is weighted 30.3% instead of 3.03% and a quiz category/grade is not being counted at all.

i recalculated everything manually, and my actual grade should be around a 92.9 (A-), not an A+/A.

a couple weeks ago I asked the professor if the grades on Moodle were accurate, and he said they were fixed.

after finding all of this out, i asked if I could get another attempt on the quiz I missed (I was sick the day it was discussed and didn’t realize I hadn’t done it since my grade never dropped). he said no and that grades will be finalized early next week.
so now I’m stuck potentially dropping almost a full letter grade at the very end of the semester if he decides to fix the weighting.

for context, this is the professor’s first time teaching this course here in 11 years. during the time when the issues were initially happening, he told us he was using an external spreadsheet keeping track of the grades (we did not have access to it).

My question:

is this something worth pushing further (department, admin, etc.), or will they not do anything? im assuming this will negatively impact the averages of almost all of the students, and not just myself.

Appreciate any advice or similar experiences.
