Should i take drop or do mca from any private college or abroad

So hey everyone I’m 23 in my final sem of bca which currently running late for my university. And i am doing it from a third class University from Rajasthan, my universities is like tier 1000 and its so bad that i’m about to complete my bca but I didn’t learn anything form my college and i just regret it for choosing this and i want to do a mca for that i also took the mah CET mca for that I didn’t prepare at all cuz my 5 sem examination was also at that time and today i got the results for cet which is 48 percentile I’m pretty sure that with this much marks I didn’t even get a third class college. I also fill the nimcet form I didn’t prepare for that at all the exam is in 10-15 days and my college midterms examination is also in that 10 days so i am really confused about should i do mca from any college or take a drop year and prepare for it for nxt year and
Btw i also have a dream about study abroad specially in us though and i know that i am from a middle class family background i can’t go there without a full financial aid support i know some of u would say that take the education loan but I don’t even have a collateral to get that much big loan for us and I don’t know what should i do I’m really confused should take drop for abroad or mca in india or do mca from any college right now plz guys help me guide me to do the right things!!!!
