2013 Lr4 Hse

I had my oil changed on Monday. The next day I checked the sensor and saw this. The mechanics added a bit more oil.

Why is it saying Not Available, is the sensor broke? Whenever I got an oil change before it would update within a couple hours.

A couple thoughts- a different mechanic suggested my engine needs to be completely cooled off. I live in a super hot area and drive every day, but wouldn’t sitting overnight do it?

Anyway if the sensor is off, do I need to be worried?

Need to vent

I moved about a month ago and I totally love where I live and my new place. But this past week my anxiety has been pretty high. i’ve noticed it gets high during my cycle but this feels even more than that too.

Ive noticed feeling sore/painful around my collarbone and shoulder blades. Google says this is from shallow breathing and muscle tensing during high anxiety.

Does anyone else experience these symptoms? Talking through it really helps me.

Anxiety after moving

I moved about two hours south of where I was and where my family is. I love my new home and I'm enjoying exploring with my doggys. However I've started having panic attacks where I feel really scared. It's weird because I'm generally happy and feel like ive made the right decision.

Anyone have a similiar experience?
