My to read has expanded
Fullybooked midyear sale 😭.
I still have to finish Lolita and then read Pride and Prejudice for this month's book club read. After that is going to be random hahaha
If watching paint dry was a book...
Had to put down the book for a few weeks after reading halfway through because there's no plot going on haha. I had to have the masochistic desire to finish it just for the story of the Butler and the Headmaid, and boy I'm glad I did even though the ending chapter punched me in the gut
Not sure if I'm going to read more Kazuo Ishiguro for the foreseeable future but if you're up for a read with a pace that moves like glacier and beautiful writing I'd recommend this book
30 [M4A] I am in limbo right now
Hello. Looking for anyone who I can chat with during the ungodly hours of the day. I'm an extremely introverted, shy person (scored very low on all 6 facets of my Extraversion Scale lmao), so now I'm trying to improve my social skills, starting with just chatting with you strangers on Reddit.
About Me:
- IT Professional
- I like movies, books, and music
- Not very physical but I go to the gym and walk long distances regularly
- Mentally ill but on medication
- Not judgmental
- Taking care of 4 silly cats
- Pretty funny I think
- Chronically online
- INTP 9w1
I'd like to keep it strictly sfw, and no technical work talk--it's what I do every day and I'm sick of it 😭. I'll try to keep up with the conversation on things I'm not familiar with and you can talk to me about anything from personal, heavy stuff to just casual, hobby-related things.
Hit me up if you're interested, I don't want to talk to Claude anymore haha (Reddit chat only please)
My boy is the chillest cat I have
His name is Mr. Gorbachev (M for short)
