We’re planning to visit Macedonia (Skopje, Ohri and couple of other places) soon. If you could tell me one thing we should definitely do while visiting, and one thing we should avoid, what would those be?
I just wanna be sure of respecting the culture and be aware of any kind of scams or danger. (Specially worried about transportation)

I made a bet with someone, he speaks almost native arabic (egyptian) also knows fusha very well. He studied 4 years and also spent 2-3 year self learning before uni.
Anyways, I'm confident to spend 2h everyday for learning arabic. I'm familiar with basics and since I do read Quran, I know the alphabet.
My question is, is it possible to learn Egyptian dialect in a year, not pro level but fluent enough to make him shut up? I'm a little confused where to start? Should I learn fusha and ignore dialect or learn together? What's the best way of learning this specific dialect? Should I enroll a course? I want to understand the structure of the grammar and then practicing with that logic.
