I saw this model house in Japan. And after my four trips to Shirakawa-go (also known as the real Hinamizawa), I decided to bring a little piece of the village home with me. At first, I thought it was a ready-made house. But how wrong I was! As it turned out, I had to build the house myself from scratch.

It took two months, and everything was done by hand. I painted it, glued it together—the thatched roof was especially difficult. I had to assemble it piece by piece. I had to tie the wooden logs with string and hand-sculpt the daikon and apples in the basket. I wouldn’t dare do something like this a second time 😅

To celebrate the 20th anniversary and the announcement of the new anime, I wanted to share my Rena cosplay 🙏🌹 The outfit is entirely handmade by skilled masters, and I made the wig myself 🥰 thank you!
