I was given a weed plant a few months ago, and this is where it’s currently at. Can I still harvest this? I don’t really know what to do from here on out. I don’t expect much at all, but can I still at last cure and smoke this?

On Saturday, I completed a 12 hour, 17 mile mountain range hike. Ever since finishing, my mouth and teeth have had some weird issues I’ve never had before.
I used salt chews and a lot of electrolyte supplements during my hike, but thought I did a good job rinsing my mouth after. Since returning, the roof of my mouth has been highly irritated and flares up when I eat, and 3 teeth on the top right side of my mouth have been extremely sensitive when eating and drinking.
Has this happened to anyone before? Should I be concerned? I figure the combo of salt and mouth breathing to catch my breath is the culprit, but this has never happened to me. Can I do anything to help heal this?
