Always loved these cars, used to have a 06 with an auto trans about 7 years ago and fell in love. Drove about 5 hours total, to and from. Engine is really healthy while the transmission will be needing a rebuild. Cosmetic wise, could definitely use some love. Just posting this as a little appreciation post for this beast and hope to share some updates once I start working on it!

*Does anyone know if these headlights can be restored or if the peeling means I will need a new pair?

-and yes the pcv to intake has been properly connected, PO seemed to have lost the part for it so I got a new one from the dealership for about $12.

Looking to see if anyone has any recommendations for a simple roof rack for my 2002 Corolla.

I accidentally scrubbed it with #0000 steel wool not realizing it’s not real glass, it’s that plastic glass so it is now all hazy and cloudy. I am wondering if there are any tips on getting this back to normal. Thank you much, i will say it worked great on my 2 other mirrors.. those were real glass…
