Child passport japanese wife american father. So how would this work?

So me and my wife had a child in japan an she wants them to have a middle name. Would we just fill out her cities birt certificate with <last name, first name> then fo to our appointment In Tokyo to then add a middle name for our child's passport?

I've heard this is the least stressful process vs adding it on the birth certificate so I was just curious if anyone had any experience with this? Currently we both live in shinjuku. Im retired military and she's a Japanese citizen with a green card.

My current plan "everchanging" as a fresh BS IT Grad to make it into Cyber.

I have looked at the wikia and made this based on my realistic plan to make it in this field/Cyber in the future. Roadmap.sh is one path I'm focusing on for deciding what's expected/needs to be known for Cyber in general. and it's looong. Which is ok.

Background: Military Vet (Secret Clearance "Expired" 😞 , recent BS IT grad, and my current certs are flared. Currently looking for work and working on Sec +.

Expected Job path: Helpdesk/entry-level "Get some cloud knowledge in (AWS Cert path for Security) <Pentest/GRC"Security Auditing/BlueTeam/Redteaming"<SOC Analyst "I know SOC is a mid-level Sec type of job, but that's the realstc goal currently."

What I expect/am currently learning:

- Basics, networking concepts and fundamentals, "CCNA, and other mid--> advanced certs as well when the time comes", Packet Tracing, Writing Logs, and documenting events. Continuing with Security Tools within "Kali Linux and gaining more experience all around.

Good Practice/Self-Study:

- TryHackMe, VMs (Windows Admin practice, labs, Kali Linux, and networking/hacking skills using tools on the VM and "my own network, of course" and extra stuff I find / may need experience with along the journey.

- Of course, all while looking for work/working and self-studying.

I want to get into cyber. I understand the requirements are challenging and take time, but this is a realistic goal for me as I work toward where I want to go.

Any tips/knowledge would be helpful.

If you're traveling to japan and can't find distilled water, purified works an is preferred for cpaps here.

Can be found in most drug stores. I could not find distilled anywhere in my location, but did some research. This specific purified water also is used for cpaps. Just make sure to still clean it daily after use. Gl.

Is kickboxing good cardio?

Average lifter that started incorporating 40 minute kickboxing workouts on my cardio days. Basic combinations kicks and etc.. but damn that shit got me looking like a glazed donut after. Is it ideal to only use this for cardio id i never plan to compete or go to a gym specifically for kickboxing/muay tai?
