I was following a STB tek directly as I was instructed. I used 100g of AANP root bark, 50 g of lye along with some salt. After mixing this around and waiting for about an hour, I added around 50 ml of shellite. After mixing this around every 5-15 mins for about an hour, I let it sit for 2 more. I realised the shellite was really deep down in the flask, so I added a bit more water to bring the shellite to the surface and then I took it out and water washed it. Afterwards I put it in a sealable container and left it in the freezer for around 30 hours. Taking it out I found I had gotton this. Added more shellite and mixed it around for longer and let it sit for longer and got the same result. Any help or ideas?

I have a bunch of little white dots that have appeared on the leaves of my plants. They came about a few weeks ago but in my stupidity I didn’t they could’ve been a problem. Any clue what they are? Thanks in advance
