People who still watch NIJI Livers (especially EN) today, who do you still watch and why?

Hi guys, first-time poster here. I got into the NIJI fandom around By the Beat's debut about a year ago (though I started seeing them on my feed around late 2023 to early 2024), and I am a fan of Luca and Wilson. I also really like Ver and Millie's songs. Especially for the people who were around since Lazulight, who do you still watch, and why did you stick around?

Confused about RPF

Like, why do people write these? Don't get me wrong, I'm a fanfic writer myself, but why do people write stories based on real people. I understand they put a lot of effort into it, but I'm just confused why they'd choose to write about real people instead of anime characters or something.

Explanations will be greatly appreciated.
