Is this Tarmac SL8 Pro (Specialized frame) a good deal?

A local shop is offering a brand-new Tarmac SL8 Pro (SRAM Force) for €6,400.
Is this a good deal, or is it still too expensive?

The stock wheels were replaced with Evoride EvoFast 50s, and then I swapped out the stock handlebars for a DEDA/VR combo.
A real beast on the flats and climbs and a unique color.

Inconsistency in the climb time for a segment
After climbing Mont Ventoux via Bédoin and Malaucène, the segment duration for Malaucène is shown as 1:57, whereas on Garmin it’s around 1:42 (the same as the ride duration on Strava).
Why is that? Why doesn’t Strava show me the ride time in the segment rankings?
The first photo is of the climb via Malaucène, the second photo is via Bédoin.
