Whats wrong with my fish?

Why do my fish look like they are off their heads? Most of them are breathing super quick and swimming round like crazy and there is a couple just up the top not doing much at all.

Hey reaching out to ask few questions please. So I had a amonia spike after my son deciding to put multiple packets of oreos and some of his toys into the tank. Did a couple water changes, only 2 x about 15% and then after like 2 weeks i Did 50% cause I was still getting high amonia readings. I use a canister filter with fluval ammonia remover in it and never use tap water to wash it out only tank water. Was using saechem prime and stability but finding it not to be the best even after everyone raves about it, am now using quantum water primer much more effective for our water. Also a bit of aquarium salt for my guppies. Then i noticed my fish were all hanging at the top of tank in a group very lethargic and barely moving, so I popped them into my quarantine tank and have let the main tank cycle for about week and half and finally got all my levels back to how they should be. When i started to put them back into then 4ft tank I then noticed 2 of my guppies had white translucent poo which looked like there was 2 eggs sort of thing hanging in it. ( was just putting a couple fish in at a time to see if they were happy in main tank again, as they seemed to pick up a bit in quarantine tank) Did some research turns out could be a parasite (very well fed with either blood worms, brine shrimp or a tropical mix for brekky and a high quality flake or micro beads for dinner, just give them variety so not always having same thing). Im unsure what to treat them for as the more I looked into it the more confused I got so turning to you guys please help what do I do?!?few vids hope they help...also both tanks are in vids,
