So I was on my PlayStation account today and I decided to change my login in email because I haven’t had access to it for years upon years and it’s my dads old yahoo account, I know the password because I changed it with him specifically for my PlayStation account. Big mistake… I’m now locked out of all of my online games and I’m not “signed in” although I’m on my PlayStation account… when I enter my new email and the same password that I 100% know it tells me it’s the wrong login. I tried to call PlayStation support and apparently they are “not available and are closed” even though they open at 8am I tried calling at 9am and now 10am please someone help! I’ve had this account for going on 10 years I can’t lose everything.
