CO Wildfire HELP

Is this due to low pressure or just cheap sprinklers?I’m trying to setup some sprinklers around my house as I’m surrounded by fires right now in Colorado. These run great for about 15 minutes then get stuck in one position.

My well is 36’ deep and I’m about 150 yards from the river. I’ve never had issues with pressure since I replaced the pressure tank in my well house, worried I’m using more water than I’ve got? I’m at 28psi in the well house, looking at buying an above ground pump I can run off of the river if need be.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated!

Hazardous Trees falling on my property

My property is in SW Colorado and my neighbors are a national rv campground chain. I advised the property managers last year of some problem trees that threatened to fall on my property and they took care of most of them.
However there are a few more that look ready to fall just like the one in the picture that just missed my shed and well house (i don’t care about the decrepit truck trailer 😂)
Unfortunately I don’t have homeowners insurance as rates skyrocketed as I’m in a “wild fire area” so I need to deal with this on my own.
I’ve texted the property managers, as well as emailed the National chain that owns the campground about the issue.
Is there anything else I should be doing? I’m struggling financially so hiring a lawyer is the last resort, but I also need to protect the roof over my head…

Thanks for any input!
