Searching for a late cofounder to own product management.
Product is a marketplace in tourism.
It is fully bootstrapped and has $6k MRR, growing.
There is no strict plan to raise funding, but we are in touch with VCs and will raise when the moment is right.
Compensation: 15% equity with standard vesting, plus a share of all revenue growth from the day you join. There is no base salary — current revenue goes back into growth. So: the upside you create is yours to share in, from day one. This is for someone who wants ownership, not a job.
