I spend about 3000 USD per month on ads. In my neighborhood if I search (or even tried for my friends phone), if I search for the same keywords the competetior always shows up before me. And I dont even show many a times.

But, when I see auction insights in my dashboard, I NEVER EVER see even a single trace of that competetitor. Not even bids lost, not top of page ranking, nothing.

I'm wondering why this would be the case. Either their budget is too low, or mine is so the overlap is very less. I also feel they're growing much much faster than us (physical shop size has grown).
Can someone help me figure out what might going on ?
