In bb19 there was a task where contestants had to give an overview of their lives so far a timeline depicting the highs and lows of their life journey. During that task most of the contestants particularly Pranit and Gaurav mentioned that they received their first telephonic casting call in december 2024. The season premiered in the last week of august 2025.

They obviously don’t wait until the premiere date to start making casting decisions. A show of this scale requires months of preparation and a lengthy casting process they simply don’t have the luxury of sleeping until the premiere date is announced.

Had any of the mtv produce actually received an offer from bb20 they would have made an obvious choice. They may have been rejected at a later stage of the selection process but you cannot blame lock Upp contract for them not being cast on bb20.

As someone who didn't watch splitsvilla I am getting this vibe from their podcasts & interviews. Also Idk anything about Ruru's personal life rn but I saw a post where someone was saying yogkansha bots are stalking Ruru's alleged new boyfriend & friends and spreading hate in their comment section. Do we have a name for this kind of obsession in psychology textbooks already???

He was so casual about it that it took five people to make him understand how wrong, absolutely f**king cheap and disgusting shoplifting is.

And the way his +1 was giggling and blushing saying I've heard stories about it even after Ram Kapoor and Farah repeatedly asked them to be serious because the show's reputation is now tied to these people, was embarrassing.

It's so sad that such low class and immature people are given such a huge platform only to become even prouder of the "cool" things they've done in life and celebrate the very behavior that got them this far.

That's understandable Akku ma'am lies so much that it's humanly impossible to keep track of each and every one of them.

The way she was jumping like a monkey desperately trying to grab Shreya's attention just to trigger her and get 2 minutes of footage by picking a fight was embarrassing.

Her oversmart move of stealing someone's meal failed spectacularly. When she realized her cheap stunt hadn't ignited any kalesh she took the tray outside hoping Shreya would finally notice her. That failed too. She then went right up to Shreya's face trying to provoke her again and failed yet again. Finally her +1 literally announced word for word that she had stolen someone's food hoping people would shout at her so she'd get an opportunity to yell back and grab some footage.

This couple is every bit as obnoxious as they look. Who do these kids think they are? The fact that Hagesh never stepped foot in a college and his +1 is a BE graduate from a tier 6969696969 donation college apparently shows throughout their personalities.

Wdym by sab mere jutti k niche. Gav ka gawar hai tu industry ne dil pe le liya na toh gav vapas jaake kheti karni padegi. Na talent hai, na baap Ambani ya SRK hai, na education hai, na character kis baat ka ghamand hai isme?

Shreya & Shilpa are right to demand luxury food. I absolutely hate people trying to act holier than thou especially Akansha Chaudhary. "oh but we have to survive a week on this limited budget." Girl did you turn absolutely dumb and blind while squandering 100k to save yourself and then another 20k to save your +1?

I would've slammed Shivangi too but at least she realizes they're responsible for reducing the budget. She genuinely looks guilty and considerate. If she comes across as condescending and irrational like Akanksha in tomorrow's episode I won't support her anymore.

Where does Akanksha Chaudhary get the audacity to use collective resources for her personal benefit and then say "If you guys revolt what will we eat?" Where was this conscience when you deliberately placed the highest bids out of pure selfishness?

Lock Upp started off so well, but just like bigg boss the tonedeaf, old and out of touch people on the creative team always find a way to ruin good content by assuming they know what the audience wants even though the audience is at least 20 years ahead of them in terms of taste and preferences.

Lock upp built its identity by bringing exclusive contestants who hadn't been on reality shows especially bigg boss. Now they want to throw that away by bringing back the same old, boring, overexposed faces like Karan, Tejasswi and Elvish for whatever segment they're planning to call it.

All the lock upp reels on my feed are about Sufi, Pami, Shreya & Laila.

Sufi & Pam are trending like nobody’s bussiness. Pam's instagram engagement is growing but there's barely any inscrease in her followers count.

Same with Sufi and Laila. Infact every contestant's instagram following is barely moving in any direction.

I don't understand algorithm to a great length so I am not concluding this case.

Dheeraj could be someone I would like to root for this season. But I still want to observe his behaviour for at least one more week before making a proper judgment. As of now he's the only one who doesn't seem to be performing for the cameras. Every other contestant is playing a character at this point.

He's also very sharp and focused on winning. He notices little details that everyone else misses like when he said They did give us a fair chance to secure ourselves through the task but we failed to do so. So more than anyone else I blame myself for the nomination.

Then he questioned the validity of the safe card if he reveals his cellmate's secret.

That shows he's here to win the game, not to grab attention through dirty tricks

I am shocked to see nobody is talking about her revealing on camera that Chamola is bisexual as a revenge.

And people are saying they want to see her on the show because she's entertaining. At this pace people will even hype up and give platforms to criminals just because they're entertaining and provide content to keep a show running.

Earlier I thought this girl was unfiltered in a fun and entertaining way but she's just straight up evil.

What even....

Bye Shreya ab bahar aake kalesh karegi yeh. And whoever has thier secrets with her they better start praying for their life.

She has turned everyone against her. Her only ally is Sufi who is so sensitive and gullible that you cannot guess what will offend him and make him turn against you.

She dug her own grave smh

Only real and believable reason she gave was that she chose to save those who did not call her spinless.

The performance that she's putting in front of Sufi to show him that she cares about his stance, is cringe and I am happy Sufi can see through it and he's judging her hard for that.

Chamola is exposing her cards too early in the game this will come back to bite her in the *** by the second half of the season
