Incredibly vulnerable at the moment but I’m wary because of the following:

what if they’re not a good person and send me bad energy instead especially if I’m leaking said energy?
it feels almost like it could be spells and things involved which I just don’t want to go down that route. Tarot is probably the only thing I’ll allow and ask for in the occult space

My partner is currently away on work and things haven’t been the best recently but there’s been a shift the past 6 months but I’m feeling it significantly in the past couple of months- I don’t know how to explain it but there’s there’s a slow unravelling and disconnect going on. I’m still showing up as if I’m the relationship but him he’s acting bizarrely and disconnected as if there’s a block. I’ve said it many times but he just doesn’t seem to understand it. He’s a terrible communicator in general but now with the physical distance as well it’s getting worse.
I don’t know what else to do… I know there is immense work pressure and this project is the one that will make or break him. I’ve tried to tell him that it’s really hard for the person left behind because he’s having these amazing experiences and seeing a new life but I’m left behind and he’s no longer including me… any tips or advise or do I just let it go now? I’m exhausted mentally and have shrunken to become a version of myself I no longer recognise. Any tips? Anyone gone through this and how you survive it?
I feel it acutely but I’m with a man who never feels it. Is it because he’s self assured and his self belief is unshakable? Where my loneliness is deep seated it’s like the sighs are deep and the ache is something I can’t put into words and for some reason I end up resenting him for not feeling the way I do.
