Abestos?

Location: Nebraska USA

House built in 1947. This is the basement of the house

We removed a 3 year old carpet + foam pad and found a layer of crumbling yellow pad + green layer on top of the concrete. The yellow pad was already like dust. The green/dark green layer come up when we scrape the yellow. The green layer detached the concrete like a layer of paint..... Might this green thing abestos?

We wore layers of mask when we scraped. Didnt know it may be abestos...

Hello, my husband currently has bad eczema flare and bad flaky scalp. He was on Simlandi a year ago which was when the skin condition occurs. What are your suggestions for easing the eczema? How to stop it? Dermatology docs havent really help.

Thank you and God bless everyone!

I130 posted in the beneficiary's USCIS account

Hello, i mailed my concurrent AOS package last week. The I130 was posted to my USCIS portal, and im the beneficiary. Shouldnt the I1-130 be posted only in the petitioner's account? We still havent received the access code yet.

Is this a problem? If we need to upload more evidence, i dont think it's right to upload in the beneficiary's account.
