Second biopsy done after 15 days of the first biopsy ( result negative) to confirm . The second one comes positive. Is it normal to happen as the gap is just 15 days . What could have gone wrong.

Background - Marriage without any dowry which was clearly caused conveyed to her via msg too. Wife working in PSU bank. Me a state govt employee. She earns double than me. We have a son. Her behaviour changed after the birth of son. She used to demand separate home and jewellery of my mother. Her mother insulted my parents a number of times for this. A number of times create chaos at home.

One day after fighting She voluntarily left the home with her parents after creating chaos at our home and on the streets shouting that we demand dowry and do domestic violence.. After trying to reconcile for 3 years I filed the divorce case and in retaliation she filed a dowry and dv case against all the family members. She is working in Gujarat so she filed a transfer application of the divorce case in the supreme court. We requested for mediation which happened but it failed .

She has not kept any contact with me in 3 years . I sent her a legal notice and did a counselling session at police station too. But every time rather till now she says I want to continue the marriage but her actions are always contrary.

We have filed for the quashing case of my parents.

Till now we have not filed any case against her or her family. Would it be okay to file a defamation case and domestic violence case against her and her family at this stage.

What can I do to prove that she has falsely accused us?
