22m my semen analysis looking for opinions about my fertility

22M. I did a semen analysis and got these results:
Volume: 12 mL (ref. 1.4–6)

pH: 8.0 (ref. 7.2–8.0)

Concentration: 8.6 M/mL (ref. >16)

Total count: 103.2 M (ref. >39)

Vitality: 14% (ref. >54%)

Progressive motility: 11% (ref. >30%)

Total motility: 13% (ref. >42%)

Immotile: 87%

Normal morphology: 3% (ref. >4%)

Agglutination: Absent

Viscosity: Normal

Liquefaction: 40 min (ref. <60 min)

What do you think about these results? Has anyone had similar results and seen them improve on a repeat analysis? Is there big chances that i am sterile ?

22M — Can you give me your opinion on my semen analysis?

Hi everyone,

I’m 22 years old and recently had my first semen analysis out of curiosity. I wasn’t doing it because I’m currently trying to have children.

I was quite surprised by the results, especially the low vitality and motility. I don’t have any sexual dysfunction, and I generally have a high libido. I don’t smoke, drink alcohol, or use recreational drugs, and I’m physically active.

I had 2 days of abstinence before the test, but I had previously gone through a much longer period of abstinence (around 45 days) before ejaculating, and then waited 2 days before providing the sample.

I’d really appreciate your opinions:

How concerning do these results look to you?
