Maxxum 7000 Degrading Rubber.

I was gifted this camera and the rubber on the grip and battery door has completely crumbled away. Is there a suitable replacement for it? I know a leather worker and was thinking about having her make a replacement for it out of leather. Is this a good option, or is there something better?

So, how bad is this? Part 2

I had made a post earlier asking for help with this, and I couldn't figure out how to add more photos to the post. So here are both sides of the PCB, with, and without camera flash. I didn't know which photo set would be better for inspection.

So, how bad is this?

I had just cleaned the contacts on both the system and cartridge and did a visual inspection of the game board. The console is fine, I've played other games before and after this happened. Is there any way to fix this?

My lens stopped working

(Resolved) It was working fine just a couple minutes beforehand. I when I turned it back on this message was display. I have removed the lens, cleaned the contacts, and re-mounted the lens. I have also removed the battery and let it sit for around 30 minutes and it still didn't work. The only thing I haven't tried yet is a different lens, because I left it at home (kicking myself for that right now). Are there any other things to try, or is this a lost cause?

Off Camera Flash X-T100

I've been looking for a decent off camera flash with HSS that is compatible with my X-T100. I've tried searching online for one but everything I've been finding has confused me. I'm new to using off camera flash and flash in general and Google has been of no help. Looking forward to hearing from everyone.
