Should I be worried about this sound my Scion is making?
Its a 2012 Toyota Scion Xd automatic at 118k miles. I don't notice any issues while I'm driving but I'm noticing this sound has become more prominently. Is this rattling something to be concerned about or is something just misplaced?

How do I heal damaged skin post laser
One of the people used too high of a setting. What can do to help heal my skin? Note I do need to go through with these procedures so please no unhelpful comments. What's the best way to reduce any harm from laser?
Note: I have seen a dermatologist and he prescribed the skin bleaching cream (hydroquinone). It doesn't feel right on my skin though and I don't know how much it's helping

How are people not more angry at Pahlavi for the IRGC defections that never happened??
Has anyone in this camp even released a statement saying what happened?
I find it so maddening that people in Iran were given this information. Many protesters in Iran are super super careful about risks against this murderous regime. In January they were informed that there were major defections So people broke their safety protocols thinking that they were going to have protection.
At the end of the day the massacre is the IRGCs fault, but when your enemy is this dangerous your tactics and what you say matter. Pahlavi gave the people false information and they died for it.
I feel like a true leader would be mindful of telling people what risks to take. Since these defections still haven't happened I don't know why so many people are letting it slide. It feels like such a huge leadership failure, and coming from someone who has privilege that people within Iran don't.
Was he tricked? Was he lying? Is he still telling people that there's some master plan to get them to defect?
