Help needed!!!! ⚠️

I have a 1992 f-150 351 winsdor E4OD, I have had issues with the trans before and mainly the VSS. I replaced the VSS and the connector. It’s not doing hard bang shifts anymore however I’ve ran into a worse problem. Now my truck has issues with shifting. It will rapidly and uncontrollably shift up and down and up and down, OD to 3, then OD then 3 the 2 then slowing down it’ll go 2 to 1 then 2 then 3 then 2. I checked codes and the only thing it gave me was torque converter excessive slip and torque converter solinoid failure…. That doesn’t seem right because the torque converter has been locking right and acting just fine… I’ve replaced the TPS sensor, vss sensor and connector. I cleaned out the main solinoid pack connector on the side of the trans, replaced filter and fluid in the trans at 119k miles 3k ago…. I’ve done a number of things to this truck. The E4OD is a total trash can on fire but It’s my only truck and I’m needing it….. it actually only has 122k original miles on both engine and transmission…. Research has took me to MLPS sensor but I’m just not totally sure. I need to figure this out as quickly as possible and I really don’t wanna take it to a mechanic to charge me 500 for a diagnostic and possibly thousands more for a rebuild or some shit. I’m almost certain it’s electrical, any tips or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!
